Abstract
EVALUASI PELAYANAN ANGKUTAN PENYEBERANGAN PADA KMP. MOINIT YANG BEROPERASI DI LINTASAN GORONTALO-PAGIMANA ABSTRAK Di Bimbing oleh : Sri Kelana, S.Or, M.Pd dan Broto Priyono, S.SiT, MT. Pada Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Gorontalo terdapat 2 Lintasan yaitu Gorontalo-Pagimana dan Gorontalo-Wakai-Ampana (PP). Lintasan Gorontalo - Pagimana berjarak 12 mil dilayani oleh 1 kapal yaitu KMP. Moinit. Lintasan ini merupakan lintasan komersil yang dikelola dan pengawasan oleh Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat wilayah XXX Provinsi Gorontalo yang beroperasi setiap hari selasa dan kamis dengan waktu tempuh + 9 jam. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang ada adalah menggunakan metode observasi yaitu ceklist tingkat kesesuaian standar pelayanan penumpang pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 62 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimum Angkutan Penyeberangan dengan kondisi eksisting dan metode kuisioner yaitu menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis. Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting di lapangan, KMP. Moinit yang beroperasi di lintasan Gorontalo-Pagimana dalam memberikan pelayanan belum sesuai dengan PM 62 tahun 2019. Berdasarkan persentase kesesuaian standar pelayanan penumpang 63,23% dan persentase tidak sesuai 36,77%. Persentase kesesuaian pelayanan pemuatan kendaraan 66,7% dan persentase tidak sesuai 33,3%. Persentase kesesuaian pelayanan operasional kapal 100%. Dengan demikian pelayanan yang berkualitas harus ditingkatkan dan diperbaiki agar pelayanan terhadap penumpang di KMP. Moinit sesuai dengan standar pelayanan angkutan penyeberangan. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan di Kapal, Standar Pelayanan, Tingkat Kesesuaian. At the Gorontalo Ferry Port there are 2 routes, namely Gorontalo-Pagimana and Gorontalo-Wakai-Ampana (PP). The Gorontalo - Pagimana route is 12 miles away, served by 1 ship, namely KMP. moinite. This track is a commercial track managed and supervised by the Land Transportation Management Center for the XXX region of Gorontalo Province which operates every Tuesday and Thursday with a travel time of + 9 hours. The method used to analyze existing problems is to use the observation method, namely a checklist of the level of conformity of passenger service standards in the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 62 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Crossing Transportation with existing conditions and the questionnaire method using Importance Performance Analysis. Based on the existing conditions in the field, KMP. Moinit, which operates on the Gorontalo-Pagimana route, in providing services is not in accordance with PM 62 of 2019. Based on the percentage of conformity to passenger service standards, 63.23% and the percentage of non-compliance with 36.77%. The percentage of suitability for vehicle loading services is 66.7% and the percentage is not appropriate is 33.3%. The percentage of compliance with ship operational services is 100%. Thus the quality of service must be improved and improved so that the service to passengers at KMP.Moinit is in accordance with the standard of ferry transportation services.
