Abstract

EVALUASI PELAYANAN PENUMPANG DI PELABUHAN JANGKAR KABUPATEN SITUBONDO ABSTRAK Pelabuhan Jangkar adalah salah satu Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan informatika Kabupaten Situbondo Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penyelengara kapal yang berada di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Jangkar yaitu PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Surabaya dan PT. DHARMA DWIPA UTAMA . Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting di Pelabuhan Jangkar, pelayanan terhadap penumpang di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Jangkar belum terlaksana sesuai dengan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Nomor : KP.5062 / AP 005 / DRJD / 2020 tentang Pedoman Penilaian Terhadap Penerapan Standar Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan. maka dianggap perlu meninjau kembali standar pelayanan penumpang di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Jangkar telah sesuai atau tidak dengan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Nomor : KP.5062 / AP 005 / DRJD / 2020 tentang Pedoman Penilaian Terhadap Penerapan Standar Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan. Dari analisa yang dilakukan maka perlu adanya penambahan fasilitas agar dalam kegiatan operasional dapat berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar, guna meningkatkan serta menjamin keselamatan dan kenyamanan bagi para pengguna jasa . Kata Kunci : Pelabuhan, Penumpang, Pelayanan Penumpang, Standar Pelayanan Penumpang, Tingkat Kesesuaian. x EVALUATION OF PASSENGER SERVICES AT THE PORT SITUBONDO DISTRICT ANCHOR CROSSING ABSTRACT Anchor Port is one of the Regional Technical Implementation Units (UPTD) of the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information, Situbondo Regency, East Java Province. From the analysis carried out, it is necessary to add facilities so that operational activities can run in an orderly and smooth manner, in order to improve and ensure safety and comfort for service users.
