viii ABSTRAK RACHMAD HIDAYAT, EVALUASI PERHITUNGAN TARIF KMP.BILI PADA LINTASAN TEBAS KUALA PERIGI PIAI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT, dibimbing oleh Doharman Lumban Tungkup,S.SiT.,MM dan Oktrianti Diani S.Pd.,MPd. Dalam kebutuhannya, tarif sangat berpengaruh pada tingkat pelayanan angkutan terutama dalam pemenuhan pelayanan masyarakat. Namun, tarif yang berlaku di lintasan Tebas Kuala – Perigi Piai sekarang merupakan tarif berdasarkan peraturan yang lama. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai berikut: 1) Untuk menghitung besar Biaya Operasional Kapal KMP. Bili pada lintasan Tebas Kuala – Perigi Piai. 2) Untuk menghitung tarif yang sesuai untuk diberlakukan KMP. Bili pada lintasan Tebas Kuala – Perigi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung di lapangan, wawancara , Kepustakaan/ Dokumentasi dan institusional.Analisa yang digunakan ialah analisa load factor, analisa biaya operasional kapal dan analisa satuan tarif . Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Besar nilai Biaya Operasional Kapal (BOK) KMP Bili pada lintasan Tebas Kuala – Perigi Piai setelah hasil perhitungan penulis memiliki nilai sebesar Rp. 6.829.204.193.2) Tarif yang sesuai diberlakukan untuk KMP. Bili pada lintasan Tebas Kuala Perigi Piai menurut PM Nomor 66 Tahun 2019, untuk penumpang dewasa tarif yang baru sebesar Rp. 2.960,untuk Golongan I sebesar Rp. 6.601, Golongan II sebesar Rp. 11.900,Golongan III sebesar Rp. 25.665, Golongan IV sebesar Rp. 96.727,Golongan V sebesar Rp. 180.622, Golongan VI sebesar Rp. 301.505, Golongan VII sebesar Rp. 400.260 dan Golongan VIII sebesar Rp.558.754. BILI ON ROUTE TEBAS - KUALA PERIGI PIAI , WEST KALIMANTAN PROVINCE,guided by Doharman Lumban Tungkup,S.SiT.,MM and Oktrianti Diani S.Pd.,MPd. In terms of needs, tariffs are very influential on the level of service, especially in fulfilling public services. However, the fare that applies on the Tebas Kuala – Perigi route is now a fare based on the old regulations. The aims of this study are as follows: 1) To calculate the operating costs of KMP Ships. Bili on the Tebas Kuala – Perigi Piai route. 2) To calculate the tariff in accordance with the implementation of the KMP. Bili on the Tebas Kuala – Perigi route. The research methodology used is direct observation in the field, interviews, library/documentation and institutional analysis. The analysis used is load factor analysis, ship operating costs analysis and unit tariff analysis. The results of this study are 1) The value of the KMP Bili Ship Operational Cost (BOK) on the Tebas Kuala - Perigi Piai route after the calculation results has a value of Rp. 6,725,646,665.2) Tariffs applied to KMP. Bili on the Tebas Kuala Perigi Piai route according to PM Number 66 of 2019, for adult passengers the new fare is Rp. 2,960, for Group I of Rp. 6,601, Group II of Rp. 11.900, Group III of Rp. 25,665, Group IV of Rp. 96.727, Group V of Rp. 180.622 Group VI of Rp. 301.505, Group VII Rp. 400.260 and Group VIII amounting to Rp.558.754.
