Abstract

TINJAUAN STANDAR PELAYANAN PENUMPANG DI PELABUHAN PENYEBERANGAN BASTIONG PROVINSI MALUKU UTARA ABSTRAK Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Bastiong di Provinsi Maluku Utara secara geografis letaknya sangat strategis. Secara sosial dan ekonomi menjadi transit area bagi mobilitas manusia dan barang dari dan keluar Provinsi Maluku Utara. Oleh karena itu tentunya sarana transportasi laut menjadi salah satu sarana yang penting sebagai pintu gerbang provinsi Maluku Utara. Untuk mendukung pelaksanaanya perlu untuk mengembangkan segala infrasturktur yang nantinya berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pada pelabuhan. Standar pelayanan memiliki nilai yang sangat penting bagi pengguna jasa yang merupakan standar pelayanan yang dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam penyediaan pelayanan dan juga dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan mengenai kualitas suatu pelayanan publik yang disediakan oleh pengelola pelabuhan. Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting di lapangan, pelayanan terhadap penumpang di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Bastiong masih belum berjalan secara optimal. Perlu dilakukan survei Kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif guna mendapatkan hasil analisa sekaligus usulan pemecahan masalah. Didapatkan hasil yaitu, analisis perhitungan tingkat kesesuaian dan pembobotan serta kebutuhan fasilitas standar pelayanan penumpang dengan kondisi eksisting. Setelah itu hasilnya di analisis dengan tingkat kesesuaian terhadap Perdirjen No KP.5062/AP 005/DRDJ/2020. Dan didapat hasil analisis beserta usulan pemecahan masalah. Berdasarkan dari analisa tersebut didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa masih terdapat pelayanan dan fasilitas yang masih kurang pada Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Bastiong sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan pada pelabuhan. Kata Kunci :Pelayanan Pelabuhan, StandarPelayanan, Tingkat Kesesuaian. x REVIEW OF PASSENGER SERVICE STANDARDS AT THE BASTIONG FERRY PORT OF NORTH MALUKU PROVINCE ABSTRACT The Bastiong Ferry Port in North Maluku Province is geographically very strategically located. Socially and economically, it becomes a transit area for the mobility of people and goods from and out of North Maluku Province. Therefore, of course, sea transportation facilities are one of the important facilities as the gateway to North Maluku province. To support its implementation, it is necessary to develop all infrastructure that will later function as a means to support the implementation at the port. Service standards have a very important value for service users which are service standards that are used as a benchmark in the provision of services and can also be used as a reference regarding the quality of a public service provided by port managers. Based on the existing conditions in the field, services to passengers at the Bastiong Ferry Port are still not running optimally. Need to do a Survey, Then an analysis is carried out using quantitative methods to obtain the results of the analysis as well as proposed problem solving. The method used to analyze. The results were obtained, namely, an analysis of the calculation of the level of conformity and weighting as well as the needs of passenger service standard facilities with existing conditions. After that, the results were analyzed with a degree of conformity to Perdirjen No KP.5062 / AP 005 / DRDJ / 2020. And the results of the analysis were obtained along with proposed problem solving. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that there are still services and facilities that are still lacking at the Bastiong Ferry Port so that improvements needs are needed and fulfillment of service needs at the port..
