Abstract

EVALUASI KELAYAKAN DERMAGA PADA PELABUHAN PENYEBERANGAN TOBAKU PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA ABSTRAK Fasilitas sandar di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tobaku saat ini menggunakan tipe dermaga pelengsengan atau dermaga tetap, dengan kondisi eksisting sekarang dermaga di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tobaku memiliki fasilitas yang masih belum sesuai dengan karakteristik kapal yang dilayani di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tobaku, sehingga dengan kondisi eksisting sekarang masih banyak yang harus di evaluasi baik dari dimensi dan tipe pada fasilitas tersebut agar sesuai dengan karakteristik kapal yang sandar pada dermaga. Analisa permasalahan yang berpedoman pada Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 52 Tahun 2004 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan serta Peraturan Direktorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat Nomor SK.2681/AP.005/DRJD/2006 Tentang Pengoperasian Pelabuhan Penyeberangan dan buku Perencanaan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Bambang Triadmodjo tahun 2010. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1. Masih belum sesuainya dimensi dermaga dengan kapal yang dilayani di dermaga, 2. Dermaga yang masih belum sesuai dengan kolam pelabuhan pada daerah dermaga, 3. Tipe pada fasilitas fender yang belum sesuai dengan kapal yang dilayani di dermaga, 4. Pada bolder yang masihh kurang dan harus dilakukan penambahan sehingga dengan kurangnya bolder membuat kapal tambat tali pada dermaga yang ada disebelahnya. Dermaga pada Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tobaku diperlukan adanya evalusai baik dari dimensi dermaga, fasilitas fender dan fasilitas bolder sehingga kapal yang sandar pada Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tobaku dapat sandar dengan aman dan nyaman. Kata Kunci : Dermaga, Fender, Bolder, Dimensi x EVALUATION OF THE FEASIBILITY OF THE PIER AT THE TOBAKU CROSSING PORT OF SOUTHEAST SULAWESI PROVINCE ABSTRACT The docking facility at the Tobaku Ferry Port currently uses a pier type of pier or a fixed pier, with the current existing condition, the pier at the Tobaku Ferry Port has facilities that are still not in accordance with the characteristics of the ships served at the Tobaku Ferry Port, so that with the current condition there are still many things that need to be done. Evaluated both the dimensions and type of the facility to suit the characteristics of the ship docked at the pier. The analysis of the problem is guided by the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number 52 of 2004 concerning the Operation of Ferry Ports and the Regulation of the Directorate General ofLand Transportation Number SK.2681/AP.005/DRJD/2006 concerning the Operation of Ferry Ports and the ferry port planning book Bambang Triadmodjo 2010. The results of this study are: 1. The dimensions of the pier are still not in accordance with the ships served at the pier, 2. The pier is still not in accordance with the port pool in the pier area, 3. The type of fender facility is not suitable for the ships served at the pier. 4. The bolder is still lacking and must be added so that with the lack of the bolder the ship is moored at the dock next to it. The wharf at the Tobaku Ferry Port requires an evaluation of both the dimensions of the pier, fender facilities and bolder facilities so that ships docking at the Tobaku Ferry Port can dock safely and comfortably.
