Abstract

ABSTRAK ZETA AMANI, TINJAUAN PENERAPAN SISTEM ZONASI DI PELABUAHAN RO-RO KUALA TUNGKAL PROVINSI JAMBI, dibimbing oleh Sri Kartini ST., M.Si dan Doharman Lumban Tungkup S.SiT., MM Zonasi adalah pembagian atau pemecahan suatu areal menjadi beberapa bagian, sesuai dengan fungsi dan tujuan pengelolaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penerapan sistem zonasi yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku agar dapat terlaksananya kegiatan transportasi yang baik Tetapi faktanya pelabuhan Kuala Tungkal sendiri belum menerapkan sistem zonasi sehingga pembagian tata letak zona pada pelabuhan Ro-ro masih belum baik. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang ada adalah analisis sistem zonasi sesuai peraturan perundangan dengan kondisi existing. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 91 Tahun 2021 sebuah pelabuhan yang memenuhi standar terdiri dari 5 zona. Zona A, Zona B, Zona C, Zona D dan Zona E. Namun saat ini Pelabuhan Ro-ro hanya memiliki 3 Zona dan belum terdapatnya Jembatan timbang yang termasuk ke dalam Zona B. Berdasarkan dari analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelabuhan Ro-ro Kuala Tungkal belum menerapkan sistem zonasi yang sesuai dengan standar perundangan. Maka dari itu, diperlukan rencana penambahan zonasi dengan memanfaatkan area kosong di sekitar pelabuahan sebagai Daerah Rencana Pembangunan untuk Zona B1 (Jembatan timbang) Zona D dan Zona E agar Pelabuhan Ro-ro menjadi pelabuhan yang lebih tertata, tertib dan teratur sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 91 Tahun 2021 tentang zonasi di kawasan pelabuhan yang digunakan untuk melayani angkutan Kata Kunci : Penerapan, Sistem, Zonasi, Pelabuhan ix ABSTRACT ZETA AMANI, OVERVIEW OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ZONING SYSTEM AT THE PORT OF RO-RO KUALA TUNGKAL JAMBI PROVINCE, By Sri Kartini ST., M.Si dan Doharman Lumban Tungkup S.SiT., MM Zoning is the division or division of an area into several parts, according to the functions and management objectives.Therefore, it is necessary to implement a zoning system in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in order to carry out good transportation activities.
