Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN FASILITAS POKOK SISI DARATAN DALAM RANGKA PERCEPATAN PENERAPAN ZONASI DI PELABUHAN PENYEBERANGAN SIWA PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN Anggita Nahda NPT. 1903076 Dibimbing Oleh: Kodrat Alam, S.Si.T., M.T., Ferdinand Pusriansyah, S.Si.T., S.H., M.Si. Pembangunan dan perbaikan fasilitas-fasilitas pokok sisi daratan di pelabuhan penyeberangan dapat menunjang kelancaran arus mobilisasi barang dan penumpang untuk pengembangan suatu wilayah dan diharapkan dapat mempercepat penerapan zonasi di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Siwa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting dan menganalisis kebutuhan fasilitas pokok sisi daratan di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Siwa serta mengetahui lokasi rencana penempatan fasilitas pokok sisi daratan berdasarkan zonasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yaitu untuk mengetahui kebutuhan beberapa fasilitas pokok sisi daratan tanpa membuat perbandingan ataupun hubungan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: a. Dibutuhkan penambahan luas ruang tunggu sebesar 581,76 m2 dan kursi sebanyak 404 buah dengan luas 202 m2; b. Dibutuhkan luas ruang administrasi (loket kendaraan) sebesar 87,26 m2; c. Dibutuhkan pembangunan jembatan timbang konvensional; d. Dibutuhkan pembangunan fasilitas gangway dengan lebar 1,53m; e. Dibutuhkan fasilitas bunker sebesar 87,42-91,76 ton f. Luasan lapangan parkir siap muat masih mencukupi kebutuhan g. Luasan lapangan parkir pengantar penjemput masih mencukupi kebutuhan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh pihak terkait yaitu membangun dan menambahkan luasan fasilitas pokok sisi daratan yang dibutuhkan di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Siwa. The construction and improvement of basic facilities of the mainland side at the ferry port can support the smooth flow of goods and passengers mobilization for the development of an area and is expected to accelerate the implementation of zoning at the Siwa Ferry Port. The purpose of this study was to determine the existing condition and analyze the need for basic facilities on the mainland side at the Siwa Ferry Port and find out the location of the planned placement of the main facilities on the mainland side based on zoning. The research method was descriptive, namely to find out the needs of several basic facilities on the mainland side without making comparisons or relationships. The results showed that: a. It was necessary to increase the waiting room area by 581.76 m2 and add 404 seats area by 202 m2.; b. It was necessary to increase administration room area (vehicle counter) by 87.26 m2; c. It required a construction of conventional weigh bridge d. It was necessary to build a gangway facility with a width of 1.53 m; e. It required bunker facilities of 87.42-91.76 tons f. The area of the ready-to-load parking lot was still sufficient for the needs g. The area of the pick-up delivery parking lot was still sufficient. Efforts that could be made by related parties were to build and increase the area of mainland side facilities needed at the Siwa Ferry Port. Keywords: basic facilities, land, needs
